On May 17, HEI and Thailand’s Capital One Enterprises Co., Ltd (COE) successfully signed an EPC contract for the “Thailand’s 142 million L/Y Ethanol Plant and 100MW Combined Cycle Power Plant integrated project” in Harbin.

The integrated project in Thailand is located in Phanom Sarakham County, Chachoengsao, Thailand, about 150km east of Bangkok. The project includes the design, procurement, construction, commissioning and performance testing of an annual output of 142 million liters of ethanol plant and a 100MW combined cycle power plant, the time for completion of the project is 30 months.
