In Mexico, the team behind the Manzanillo III project brought concepts of health and environmental awareness into local schools: 366 students gained a systematic understanding of food composition and nutritional balance for the first time, learning how to put together a scientifically balanced diet; 298 students experienced the joy of running, teamwork, and laughter through interactive sports activities, developing healthy lifestyle habits. On the playground and in the classroom, radiant smiling faces became the most touching scenes on campus. In Uzbekistan, the team behind the Syrdarya II project has continued to carry out community welfare initiatives at the local level, connecting with communities through small acts of warmth. In 2025, the project team donated school uniforms to local elementary school students and gave out ice cream during Children's Day; visited 20 households in need, delivering daily necessities; carried out care activities for 100 elderly, frail, and vulnerable residents; and provided 2,990 m³ of waste timber to surrounding communities for home repairs and daily heating. In Saudi Arabia, the Nairyah 2 project office has for years continued to hold plant-gifting activities, creating a warm and harmonious working environment. Every employee receives their own potted plant, which accompanies them through busy times and brings vitality and warmth to the office. HEI has always cared about the physical and mental wellbeing of its employees, working to enhance their sense of happiness and fulfillment, so that every smile can bloom naturally in the course of daily work.

In Pakistan, Chinese and local staff at the Dasu project office made traditional Chinese zongzi (rice dumplings wrapped in bamboo or reed leaves) together with Pakistan's signature samosas. Amid laughter and cheer, everyone exchanged insights into each other's food cultures, bringing hearts closer together. A leaf of zongzi, a bite of samosa - these not only carry the flavors of different cultures, but also embody the warm moments of Chinese and local employees walking hand in hand.
